This was my first visit back to Malhamdale and the surrounding areas since visiting Yorkshire on a geography field trip when I was 14! I remembered Malham Pavement very well, though this time it was nice to be photographing the clints and grykes rather than measuring them . . .
Scaleber Foss waterfall was also a real treat, and my first visit - the low light made it easier to get moving water shots with just a 0.6ND. And then our final stop was Bolton Abbey Gardens and Strid Wood, just in time for the bluebells!
