Landscape photography has always been my original love. Few things beat the feeling of pressing the shutter and knowing you've captured something really special. It's worth all the hours standing there in the (sometimes!) freezing cold waiting for the light, the clouds or the wind to come together in a split second, to create the moment you've been waiting, and hoping, for.

I've only really developed my technical skills in the last couple of years, having attended a number of workshops and photography holidays. I've also learned how to use grad and ND filters, and how to make the best of my shots with some subtle editing. For me, all these new tricks have opened up an even more exciting world of image making.
